Authorization and platform terms
Use the publisher only for a channel you own or are authorized to manage. Before connecting or using it, you must agree to these terms and the publisher privacy policy.
The publisher uses YouTube API Services. By using it, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You remain responsible for following YouTube's applicable policies and for your Google account authorization.
Control of publication
The operator controls the channel, selected media, titles, descriptions, language, visibility and audience settings. A recurring schedule requires the channel owner's instruction. Stop the local job before changing its authorization or removing stored credentials.
Readiness and dry-run commands do not upload videos. An execution command can create a public YouTube video. Retain saved video IDs and reconcile uncertain results before retrying, so one upload does not become a duplicate.
Content responsibility
Publish only content for which you have the necessary rights and consent. Verify news claims, distinguish attributed allegations from established facts and correct material errors. Generated presenters must use the appropriate platform disclosure. Local automated checks do not establish that a news claim is true or that you hold every required right.
Follow the editorial and corrections policy and AI presenter and media rights policy. Before authorizing an upload, the operator must certify that the selected content follows the YouTube Community Guidelines.
Do not use the publisher for spam, deceptive impersonation, harassment or attempts to bypass platform limits.
Availability and performance
Uploads depend on the local computer, Google authorization, API quotas, channel limits and YouTube processing. An hourly plan is a target, not a guarantee of daily uploads, reach, revenue or uninterrupted access.
Performance reports identify aggregate counts and their observation times. They do not identify individual viewers, establish a causal winner between presenters or provide retention data that has not been connected.
Ending use and questions
You may stop the local schedule and revoke access in your Google account. See the data deletion instructions and privacy policy for local cleanup. Manage existing public videos in YouTube Studio.
Contact Rounds.News on Instagram with questions about the publisher. Changes to these terms will be dated on this page.
