Rounds News Desktop Publisher is the private Windows tool used by Rounds.News to prepare and publish English and Spanish news videos to its own YouTube channel.

What the tool does
The publisher uploads an operator-selected video and its title, description, language, audience setting and AI-content disclosure through YouTube API Services. It checks the destination channel and publication result, then reads aggregate video views, likes and comments counts for comparisons between presenters and languages.
The channel is Rounds News, @roundsnews. The desktop tool is for authorized channel operators. This website does not offer a public Google sign-in, a download or access to the private publishing queue.
Operator control
Google authorization is completed on Google's own consent screen. The tool requests YouTube upload and read-only permissions. Upload commands require an explicit execution option, and recurring publication is enabled only under the channel owner's instruction. Operators can stop the local schedule and revoke the app's Google access.
News scripts and media are prepared locally, with source, media-rights and exact-file checks before publication. Presenter speech is generated; the applicable YouTube AI-content disclosure is enabled. Publication records retain the video ID to avoid duplicating an uncertain upload.
